We cater our services to sole professionals, sole trading and partnership entities and to medium size private limited companies (Sdn Bhd) companies.
We perform data entries, posting ledgers, preparing journals, banks reconciliation, depreciation of assets, trial balance and finalizing the accounts for the profit and loss statement and the Balance Sheet for our clients businesses. At no cost to our clients, we are using our own accounting software packages to perform the needed accountancy work for our clients.
Accountswoo is a locally set up business, styled as “accountswoo.name.my” for our services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is owned by Woo Che Foon (001945612-M) We serve our clients in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, the Klang valley and from Kajang to Klang.
We pride ourselves as a small firm, niched for small and medium size businesses which does not have an accounts department nor any senior accounts staff for the nitty gritty work of book-keeping and accounting. Business to business, we could be your best partner for you to outsource the accountancy work to us.
We are fully integrated too. When the final accounts is prepared, you need to file your income tax returns yearly to the tax authorities in Malaysia, the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri,Malaysia (LHDNM). It is statutory mandatory to do so. For that purpose, our associate competent tax accountant will compute the taxation liability from the accounts and do your tax filing to LHDNM.
Finally, we would also mention that if you owned a Private Limited Liability company,(PTE LTD) ie. a sendirian berhad (Sdn Bhd), the company accounts need to be audited. Our associate audit firm can conduct an audit for your company.
